a home in a select AMH community.

When moving into your new rental home, you will be contacted by the study team by email to help you
set up the participating smart devices in your home.
You can contact the study team at any time at info@ncconnectedcommunities.com or through this website with questions or to opt out of the study.

Shifted Energy provides you with a smart water heater controller
that comes pre-installed in your home.

when energy costs are up to 50% lower than standard rates

Reliably provides you with hot water when you need it.

CURB HOME ENERGY MONITORING
Your FREE Curb Home Energy Monitoring System, has been pre-installed in your home and provides you with access to real-time data so you can save money by making smarter decisions about how you use energy in your home.
Once you are successfully enrolled in the Power Manager® or EnergyWise Home program email us at INFO@ncconnectedcommunities.com. We will then activate your free Curb service and provide you with additional information about getting started!
